Sassafras is a four-star restaurant with an award-winning wine list. Its bright modern decor lends a festive air to all sorts of events. Private Dining is the creation of a special dining experience, custom-tailored to fit the particular needs and tastes of a family or group of friends or business associates. At Sassafras, we work with many different clients to create all sorts of special Private Dining experiences. Because of our great wine list, lots of folks ask us to create unique, specially-prepared food and wine pairing menus for them. Others want a private room in which to celebrate a family event or entertain business associates. Some clients take over the entire restaurant for the evening to hold a reception or dinner meeting. This location offers several different private dining room configurations to suit a variety of hospitality needs, accommodating groups from 8-to-150 people.The Wine Bar is ideal for stand-up receptions.THE ARCADIA ROOM is the perfect spot for a private office luncheon, meeting or gathering and can accommodate 8-12 guests. THE FOREST ROOM can accommodate groups from 24 - 40 guests. The Main Room is a dining room, it will host up to 70 guests. THE OUTDOOR TERRACE also holds up to 70 guests. Open April thru November. PRIVATE DINING SPECIAL FEATURES include, custom-designed menus to suit your tastes and budget and innovative food and wine pairing menus. An inhouse Special Event Coordinator will listen to your individual needs and create an event to suit both your taste and budget.
