Sonoma Yoga Ashram

Come to the Ashram and create your own personal retreat. Make your own schedule and join the Ashram residents for meditation, yoga, satsang and meals as you like. Spend time in the peaceful grounds and gardens, sit under a tree with a book or journal, or just relax in your room. Come for a couple days, weekend, week, or longer, and carve out this time away from your daily routine to nourish and replenish your Deep Self.
