Bistro V proudly showcases the Best of Sonoma County organic farmers, fishermen, winemakers, beekeepers, dairies, cheese-makers, and mushroom growers; using only the freshest and finest ingredients. We pride ourselves in using local artisan products, and make”everything from scratch,” including our breads, pastas, pastries, and desserts. Chef and owner, Rick Vargas adeptly prepares French and Italian cuisine with Peruvian and Mediterranean influences. The menu changes seasonally with the availability of fresh and organic ingredients.
