Jesse Mallgren has returned to Sonoma County as our chef after several years as Chef de Cuisine at Syzygy in Aspen and Executive Sous-Chef at Stars in San Francisco. He brings fresh ideas and new energy into our kitchen here at the Victorian inn and restaurant. Chef Mallgren masterfully prepares New Californian cuisine using the finest ingredients available in the county, as well as greens, vegetables, herbs and fruit from our organic gardens. Visitors can stroll through the beautiful gardens which meander up the hillside just beyond the mansion. Elegant, candle-light dinners are served nightly, 6:00 pm. to 9:00 p.m., in five dining rooms.
